Mackenzy Vida is a multidisciplinary artist who works primarily in illustration, painting and printmaking. Her visual language, characterized by expressive linework, allows her to explore the compulsion to draw while embracing shaky lines. Deeply influenced by art therapy from a young age, she is now committed to making art accessible through workshops and community projects.
Vida attended a printmaking focused artist residency in Barcelona (2024), as well as the Lower East Side Print Shop in NYC (2025), and is a graduate of the University of Regina’s visual arts program (2021). Current board member of SK Printmakers, and Comité FrancoQueer de l'Ouest.
